I am very pleased with my family doctor, Dr. Nam. He is truly the best—always willing to listen attentively to his patients and providing care with a very calm and reassuring demeanor. Equally commendable is his secretary, Yen, who goes above and beyond to support patients in every possible way. Her kindness and efficiency greatly enhance the overall experience at the clinic. Together, Dr. Nam and Yen create an excellent, caring environment for patients!
Poor attitude from receptionist for Doctor Nguyen. She must be a friend or family member. Dr. Nguyen is good, but good luck booking appointments.
Dr. Yen has been my family doctor since I was a newborn baby. I recently called her office with severe nasal congestion that was affecting my daily life. I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Mrs. Loan. They took the time to listen to my concerns and performed a thorough examination.
