Great staff, easy to navigate, baby & kid friendly accommodations!!
Every single person i dealt with from office to the medical staff were excellent and helpful. Dr. Packwood performed my surgery. The difference and improvement in my vision was instant after waking from anesthesia. I was absolutely amazed with the results. I had to travel from new mexico for this surgery totaling 4200 miles for 3 round trips and it was worth every single mile. Thank you all at cooks medical and especially Dr. Packwood. Dr. Packwood and his staff are organized, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and great with babies. He has done procedures on both my children’s eyes and both went extremely smooth. His calm demeanor and generosity with his time to make sure parents feel fully informed is unmatched. Highly recommend!
