We’ve visited this office a couple of times, but today’s experience was very disappointing. First, the wait times have been consistently very long at every visit. Every case is different I'm sure, but expect 45-90 minutes for a visit and you'll be okay. More importantly, before my daughter’s eye exam, she needed dilating drops. She started to say that she thought the drops might smell bad, but before she could finish, the nurse suddenly pulled her eye open and applied the drops without saying a single word or offering any ex... read more

Dr. Packwood and his team are the absolute best! My 4y/o daughter is not the easiest, but they have such patience with her. They make the experience less stressful on all of us.
