This was my last time setting foot in this office. Our appointment was at 10:15 a.m., and we arrived at 10:20 a.m. The woman with the blue hair told us that because we were “15 minutes late,” we would have to be seen later. However, we weren’t actually taken back until 11:15 a.m. I asked what their late policy was, and she responded, “We don’t have one.” That made no sense.
