Our first time here. The Dr and staff were friendly, helpful and very professional.
Waited over a month for an appt. When it finally got here, I arrived 15 mins early to do paper. Had insurance card and ID scanned in. Waited an hour to find out it was never sent the Dr and I had to fill out about of paperwork. After filling that out I was told I would be seen down stairs in their other office, and it should be by 1:00, mind you my appt. was at 11:00. All the Dr's were sitting in their offices watching what was going on, but they had to be somewhere so they couldn't squeeze us in (it was 12:00, So I'm guessi... read more
I was at Podiatrist...Dr. Bernstein Get it Right ... LOL
Dr Jose Ferrira is an amazing smart doctor. When my son was in the hospital he stayed on call the whole week he was there. He is very knowledgeable and wants to help. I recommend him to anybody I talk to.
My son had Dr. Venier, whom is apparently gone. We loved Dr Venier, not so sure about his replacement. Wasn't happy about having to pay more (we are self pay) just because I asked for an increased dosage for my son. Literally nothing else was done. They had to write the prescription anyway, but I had to pay an extra for the visit because the dosage changed? I feel taken advantage of for not having insurance. Nothing special was done, just a typical appointment/3 month checkup.
Bueno a mi me encanta el trato y la dedicación de el doctor y la doctora. Muy dedicados en una ocasión el doctor hasta llamo a mi casa para darme unas instrucciones con mi hija. Lo único q puedo decir es q deben arreglar un poco las muchachas de al frente. En cuando a la hora de recibir y enviar fax... Pero de lo demás todo perfecto y todo el personal muy amable. De verdad q los recomiendo.
