The office never answers calls and when I’ve left messages I don’t get a returned call. Our insurance company has been trying to get them to resubmit a claim they coded wrong for 2 reasons from a visit last year. I didn’t even know it was wrong until January when they had a new concierge fee and even though I paid $180 to get my child’s meds the first part of this year, their billing dept. won’t resubmit the claim! We have had the best experience here for years. We drive 2 hours to see Dr Burton and it’s totally worth it.
If I could leave a 0 I would! Don’t waste your time. The phone is never answered. I have been waiting on sonogram results for my daughter 6 weeks now. Can not get anyone to return my calls. Could it be that they are waiting til January where they roll out their new payment policy. Where patients have to pay monthly to be a patient here? Your dealing with families and kids, be better!
Dr. Burton is the best pediatric endocrinologist in North Texas. She’s there when you need her and her staff is incredibly helpful.
