Looks like they wiped their reviews. I went here today and sadly, like many others had said, they botched the scheduling. Sadly, I think it's out of their control, as the office doesn't have a direct line and the hospital manages their schedules. So when you go in and they've messed up your appointment too, go easy on the front desk. I'll update my review after meeting the doctor (rescheduled to August).
Dr Kumar is absolutely wonderful and one of the receptionists was very nice. One of them however was incredibly rude and does not need to be working in a pediatric office.
