Dr.Pearson alway Late. We have an 8:30 arrival time with an 8:45 appointment time we show up at 8:30 and she doesn’t walk into the office until 9:10 to 9:30 every time. That is my biggest pet peeve is running late. I understand if it were one or two times but it has been every single appointment we have had. My feeling is is if you have a 9 o’clock appointment with a provider you should be in the room and the doctor should be walking in that room at 9 o’clock
I would love To give Laura Cross a 5⭐️ Because she is the only person there that gives a genuine warm and kind care towards children . Dr. Pearson gives my child anxiety she hates going to see her. I feel horrible knowing I gotta drive from Naples to Ft.Myres and hearing her (my daughter)say she really doesn’t want to go ;if it could just be the nice lady I will go. And another reason I give them this rating is the wait time it is infuriating I arrive at 11am and leave their doors at 3:55pm! HOW?!! JUST HOW!? And WHY !!???? ... read more
