Billing department gets zero stars. First they submitted my insurance (Tricare) info wrong. Do they call to ask why my insurance isn't covering? No they send a bill. I call to resolve and they see that there was an issue with insurance going through and they would fix it. Time goes by and I get another nasty gram from the hospital and a letter from a collection agency. I call Sacred Heart back and they finally figure out they still have the wrong insurance info for me in their system. They correct the info and claim this wil... read more

I recently had the worst three hours of my life. While traveling with my family, my 2-year-old son developed a fever, so we took him to a clinic. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility. As the only African Americans in the waiting area, the difference in how we were treated compared to other patients was painfully obvious and truly disheartening. My son had a temperature of 104°F, but when I inquired about the wait time, the nurse laughed in my face. Meanwhile, a white child of the same age with a minor head ... read more

The Dr. we had was amazing. She really did the extra besides from the usual just give Tylonol and Moltrin which we already knew. Luckily the Dr. we had did the above and beyond because there was more to it. Thank you to the staff and the Dr. for helping my child.
