Super frustrated with treatment of my toddler. We had to wait quite a while to complete the treat, it should have been much quicker. But worst of all, when we went to have a dermatologist give the follow up treatment she said the children’s emergency was supposed to be closed and that they performed the WRONG treatment. The doctor’s bedside manner wasn’t good, given the situation. We went here based on Baptist’s reputation, and thinking that it was a true pediatric er, it is NOT.
