I went to the ER on Last Friday from suffering a major lower back pain. The stuff there is completely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for about two hours, plus I asked other patients and they said they were waiting for over 4 hours without been seen which lead me to leave and go to the Saint Joseph Hospital Emergency Room which is x100 better. Please don’t go over there cause you will die before even have a chance to be seen!
Denver Health June 2025 ER Dept. Nurses and Doctors were so awesome! They were personable yet professional. They were compassionate yet medically meticulous. They probably even saved my life! Okay, Well they did save my life. I came to realize that later. Shout Out to Nurse Travis: I appreciate you, so much. You are a Blessing for emergency patients. - Thank You Very Much!
There is no compassion or respect or politeness to the patient. This place is horrendous. Security is terrible and very unwelcoming. I had to get a procedure done here at Pav A, but walked out due to the unwelcoming security and no welcoming presence at radiology. What an awful experience. I don't want to get a procedure done when there are so many unwelcoming and uncompassionate people in the process leading up to it. If I could give no stars, I would. My daughter, a 25 year old had a medical emergency and was taken by ambulance to Denver Health ER. She was treated like a strait up Junkie, which she is not. She almost bit through her tongue, and anyone with eyes can see that it needed stiches. It is too late for that now. She can barely eat anything as well because of the injury to her tongue.
