Dr. Phelan and his staff are like family. He was there when I was having a life crisis; I was able to see him within hours of my call. He takes time to listen and answer questions. Dr. Phelan "tells it like it is" - I like that! I need to know what the problem is so I can "deal". God bless ya'll!!!
My wife and I both enrolled in Webmd with Dr. William Phelan who has been our primary care physician for 30+ years, caring for our entire family. I really enjoy going to Dr Phelan and especially now that he has more time to spend with you when you have questions about your health.
We have been using Doctor Plehlan since we moved to Pennsylvania 6 years ago. The office is very friendly and is very knowledgeable. Doctor Phelan is the best. He talks with you in words that you can understand. We are very thankful to have found him.
