Excellemt service and outstanding customer service. The whole straff are always so nice and understanding!!!!
The front office staff are horrible! Rude, disinterested in what i have to say. It's like pulling teeth to get a Dr's note when the DOCTOR told me to get one from the front desk. Then I have to wait LONGER with my SICK child for someone to go ask the Dr. Its completely ridiculous! The PDC in Virginia Beach is WAAAAYYYYY better! I HATE coming to the one in Norfolk!
Dr Barker has always been so amazing. We have been seeing her for 5 years now. We have had to see other Drs for sick appointments and they have all been great too. The nurses have always been so sweet.
One star is for administration staff. First, they are incompetent. They shared misinformation that resulted in me losing 10 days to get the form. Secondly, They are slow processing requests and issuing paperwork and forms; their excuse is a lot requests. Then hire more people. Horrendously bad service. Incompetent. They suck and it is unfortunate because DOCTORS HERE ARE AMAZING. Dr Leidel is great, we loved her. If you can stomach admin staff incompetence, then go for it.
