Dr Barker has always been so amazing. We have been seeing her for 5 years now. We have had to see other Drs for sick appointments and they have all been great too. The nurses have always been so sweet.
One star is for administration staff. First, they are incompetent. They shared misinformation that resulted in me losing 10 days to get the form. Secondly, They are slow processing requests and issuing paperwork and forms; their excuse is a lot requests. Then hire more people. Horrendously bad service. Incompetent. Love the staff and doctors! We moved to WesternBranch area of Chesapeake and I refuse to take my kids anywhere else.
I’ve been with PDC for over 12 years and the last year my experience has been nothing short of horrible. I just recently read the reviews and there are so many similar within the last year with the front office staff. The doctors are amazing they go above and beyond but you cannot even get to that point with the combative attitudes from the front office personnel.
