I luv this office and the staff. My oldest is 27 and grew up her, then my son who is 21 followed and now my last one is 11 and she is growing up here. And the same staff is still here. It's like family.
What an amazing experience! I took my 4 year old here today for the first time and I was blown away! Dylan was welcomed with open arms! Jill, the dental hygienist, was wonderful. She explained each and everything she was doing to Dylan and had such a genuine demeanor. Dr. Craig was exactly the same way! Much to my surprise, Dylan had a smile on his face the entire time! My oldest son hated the dentist and would scream bloody murder whenever he went. One dentist even threatened to sedate him if he wasn't better the next time, which I told her would never happen! Then I was referred to PDO by my dentist and the difference was like night n day. The doctors here are so understanding and gentle with the kids as well as their staff of assistants and hygienists. Their game room is so awesome I even look forward to taking them there!
Glad my two year old's first visit to the dentist was a good and calm session! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely come again....and again....and again! Dr. Trupkin is cool! :)
