Completely unacceptable that the office does not answer the phone. Obviously the office management does not care for people having the same communication issue. All they do is leave the same robotic apology message on their bad reviews. How are you going to send people to voicemail at all hours of operation, what's the point of having office staff? On top of not answering phone calls, they have horrible phone etiquette when you finally get through to them.

The dentists are fine, but their office manager and billing department is super unprofessional and difficult. Even after confirming my insurance, they tried denying my appointment when I went there. They also tried billing for 'extras' that should have been covered under the preventative care appointment (which insurance was able to have overturned). Last week my 4 years old daughter had an appointment & unfortunately because of parking I was 15 mins late, the staff was very rude & also expected me to know where the dentist was, of course how can I know if to confirm the appt they call but its a machine so how I was suppose to know that the dentist was in the next building so I was more mins late, the receptionist from both buildings were totally RUDE!
