Customer Focused Called me to see if we wanted to have a sooner appointment when an opening came available. Scheduled all the kids together. Were super friendly and understanding with my 3 yr old who had a few uncomfortable scans done at the hospital only 2 weeks earlier (so she was a bit unsure of getting around folks in scrubs). Of course picking out the toys at the end was their favorite part!
