Patience! This was Quentin's 2nd visit to Friendly Smiles. His first visit to the dentist didn't go as well. He was pretty overwhelmed and didn't want to even sit in the chair. I was pretty sure that today would go as well as the last visit but the hygienist assured me that it was okay if he wasn't interested yet. The reception desk staff were very nice to work with and answered all my questions. The dental assistant was very polite, friendly and professional. She answered questions about my X-Rays. The dentist was professional and took the time to answer my questions about a recommended treatment plan. She also was very polite and friendly. My initial impression about your dental office and staff was very positive. Based on this first experience with this office, I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had a great experience at Friendly Smiles Cosmetic Dentistry. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. They fit me into their schedule when extra things came up, were patient, not rushed and always communicated the plan with me. I felt truly cared for by their professionalism and answering all my questions about TMJ and tooth restoration and really listening to me. I would definitely recommend them!
