I must say the day before my appointment when I had to re-schedule due to an emergency, I felt the receptionist (her name may have been Ruth) was very rude in questioning me about having to re-schedule my appointment at the last minute. After I explained my situation, she asked me again what the reason was for canceling & re-scheduling my appointment at the last minute & sternly expressed that a 24 hour advance notice was expected! My hygenist provided great customer service, was professional & friendly! Shelly is always extremely friendly and very welcoming to the office. She is a huge asset to the front desk! From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable. Everyone from the receptionists, hygienists, to the dentists were professional and extremely friendly. I have always had anxiety about visiting the dentist and can honestly say that I am not dreading my next visit. A special thank you to Hygienist Danielle Markel for your professionalism and caring demeanor. I am looking forward to continuing my care with Friendly Smiles!
