I brought my son here after he suffered trauma to his face and the emergency dentist told us to pull my 4 year olds front teeth. He was petrified of the dentist. They eased all his and my anxieties and saved his teeth. He is now 7 1/2, he loves going to the dentist, and even had an extraction because "shark teeth" which my son thought was so cool, and he did great. The doctors and their staff are amazing.
Our insurance changed last year and I had to take my daughter to another pediatric dentist, big mistake! Dr. Renee is the absolute best with my daughter!!! So happy we found her!!!!
The staff here is amazing. Especially Dr. Makowski. My son has autism which causes sensory issues and was extremely fearful. They have completely gained his trust and he no longer is afraid of coming to the dentist. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We have been going here for nearly 8 years and we love this place. We are now seeing the ortho side and they are great too!
They kicked a special needs child out of their waiting room. Then show no sympathy, or even an appologie for the staffs action. They claim to have 35 years of highly trained experience, but lack compassion! If your child is special needs, go elsewhere! Unless you want to be humilated and insulted.
Dr. Ker and all of the employees in the orthodontics department are wonderful! I personally have 10 years of experience going to this office going back 15 years now. I have not seen nor heard any disrespect or tension towards children, parents or within the office. I am a client there and I have sat with the children waiting their turn to be called.
