They changed their policy with no notice, claiming we signed something stating we'd pay in advance of rescheduling and in advance of procedures. Our documents all show "day of procedure". They only care about money and not the patients. Stating: we will only work on your 8 year old if she is completely sedated. Nowhere else has had this requirement. It's not only dangerous to the patient, but it shows the dentists attitude towards his patients; whatever is easiest for him. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
