I am born and raised in Delco and absolutely dread driving into the city—the traffic, the heat, and the Broad/Juniper Street parking situation had me completely scatterbrained and panicking today. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pediatric dental office. When it comes to caring for children, patience, kindness, and clear communication should be the standard; unfortunately, that was not reflected during this visit. The staff came across as rushed and dismissive, showing very little compassion or understanding. I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the experience at this pediatric dental office. Always a pleasant experience when going to Pediatric Dental with my children. Pat and Evelin greeted my family upon entering the office. They were both so helpful with filling out my daughter’s school dental form. With three little ones, I also love that we are always in and out!
