1-Star Review — Very Unprofessional Dental Office I have been bringing my kids to this dental office for over 5 years, and I am very disappointed with this office. The owner and some of the workers are very rude and unprofessional. They do not seem to care about how they talk to parents or how their actions make children feel. My experience was a great one. I hurt my mouth and my mom called and pat answered and got me in right away… she was amazing… she’s always so pleasant and treats everyone like they are her own family.. we love her..
It saddens me to say this but I’ve been bringing my kids here for years, prior to it getting new owners. This place was so much better with Dr Del Gaiso. There’s really no where to park when coming here without having to circle around to find parking. When I brought 3 of my children in 14 minutes after the appt time she got nasty with me saying there is no grace period. Then told me we will see one of your kids.
