Both hygienist and dentist were fantastic! Office staff were very friendly too. We are so happy we found this practice and would recommend it to anybody.
I wanna thank the whole office but specially the front desk Amy, Stephanie and Dr. Spratling. My daughter passed out in the waiting room after a procedure and they were so attentive and caring towards her. Also, wonderful and attentive to my son who also had a procedure. The staff is always nice and courteous.
Bringing twins to the dentist is no small task — mine were screaming and definitely did not want to be seen — but the experience ended up being so positive because of the amazing team. The dentist was incredibly patient, calm, and gentle, even with all the chaos. The staff was just as understanding and supportive. No one made us feel rushed or judged, and they worked so hard to accommodate us, especially with two very antsy kiddos.
