Dr. Plannells responded quickly to a phone call on a Sunday morning when my daughter's face was swollen on the left side. She advised us to go to the emergency room for a suspected abscess. She was right! Dr. Cortez called in an oral surgeon for a drainage of the abscess and my daughter received IV antibiotics in the hospital. This was a bad infection! My two daughters have been going to see Dr. Sanchez since the youngest was 6 months old. They are now 6 and 4 and they both get excited when I tell them we get to go the dentist. We never have to wait for more than 5 minutes before the hygienist comes to get us. My kids love the chocolate flavored tooth paste, the cool glasses they were during their cleanings and best of all the toy at the end. We had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Dental Specialist - everyone in the office is very friendly. My son is excited to go to the Dentist!!!
Unfortunatly I have had to bring my son here twice. Let me say I love the service just wish he has better DNA 😳After reading several reviews I noticed if you just ask questions you get answers. I didn't feel they were trying to over charge or complete unnessesary dental work. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
