The head of the insurance department is lacking in compassion & courtesy. I highly recommend you make sure your insurance is not out of network before you are seen because they will not tell you until afterwards when it is time to pay. I now have to start over with another dentist office, and get a new treatment plan. The reason for not telling you ahead of time is because they know they will lose your business. Dr. Nichols is our dentist and he is amazing with kids. The whole staff is the best. Kool smiles really messed my baby up but this dentist took care of it. When he had his tooth pulled I was even able to be there holding his hands. I give them a 10+

We love Dr. Nichols! He is awesome and my kids love him. This is honestly the only dentist that my kids have been to where none of them were scared. He is the best!!
Such a great place!! Just left and am thankful for how understanding they were with my child experiencing ptsd. They tried to make her comfortable and stopped when it didn't work. Very patient.
