I want to start by saying I worked in pedi dental as an assistant for 10 years! I went in today to have my 4 year old autistic sons appointment for a toothache that required pulp work (no I'm not the mom who doesnt brush her childs teeth he has alot of stomach issues and reflux and food issues that can all cause decay) well I let my son go back by himself as they started with a cleaning which he was great for!
