Love this place ♥️kind, fasts and quality!!
The disorganization at this center is OBVIOUS. They schedule an appointment, you arrive, and they see you an hour or two later. They don't give you any explanation, and you simply lose a day or a morning of work, and your child misses school. The last time I went, the appointment was at 9:00 a.m., and we weren't seen until 12:05 p.m. There was nowhere to sit; it was completely chaotic, and patients didn't even have access to water. Very poor service and planning.
This was my first time here & WOW what a GREAT experience we had. I am so glad I booked an appt with them! I had taken my child to another dental office & since that experience they have been very traumatized of the dentist (they claim to be a peds dentist, but based on the experience we had, that was far from the fact). I made sure to indicate that in the appt & I mentioned it to the hygienist when we walked into the room. Yanisel was our hygienist & she was PHENOMENAL!
