Update: I got a call back from the office for a last minute appointment. Not sure if my review had anything to do with it. The appointment was good overall, so I am marking them as a 4 star. However, the appointment seemed hectic with a tech change and we did not see the originally requested doctor. It was quite a bit of chaos. They do try to keep kids comfortable and excited about visits with TV and free toys. I'm not sure it's for the best, but it definitely helps. Let's see how the follow up goes. Amazing care for my children today. The assistants were super friendly with my quiet kids, they took time to explain everything to them and were super sweet to them. The dentist took time to show me X-rays and explain what I was looking at while being kind and playful with the kids. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Overall a completely stress free appointment, for mum & kids!
