I didn't realize how bad it was until my son got his teeth fixed yesterday at a different dentist! At 22 months old my son had some decay. The dentist here didn't give us enough information. They put him completely under. And put ugly metal caps with a faux enamel on the front on his decaying front teeth. He's 5.5 now and 2 of the caps had fallen off. RecommendedI would recommend this office to anyone with children. The staff was incredibly caring to my son and myself. My son had some medical problems that made me put off having him seen by a dentist. I wish I wouldn’t have been so scared because this place was magnificent. These people truly do care for children and their parents. They followed every avenue to make sure my sons procedure was pain free. They also made sure that I was comfortable and kept me informed through every process. Blessed with the best!
My daughter had her first dental appointment here today, and I could not be more impressed! The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and hygienists, to the doctors (we had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Bob) are the most incredible, welcoming friendly staff I have seen anywhere! It was about a 45 minute drive each way for us, and I am so glad we made the decision to come here even though it was a bit of a trip! I am so glad a facility like this exists! Looking forward to many more years of care here!
From the first call to schedule the appointment, I knew this place was great. We drove up and my girls were instantly excited and were even more so when we walked in the door. Very welcoming and kid friendly. The front desk staff welcomed us with a smile and were very patient and kind. The nurse that took us back explained what would happen during our visit. We took my 1 year old son for his first appointment and he was having a rough day but the staff were kind, gentle, and even got some smiles from him. We will be back here for his 2 year appointment and hopefully years to come.
I love taking my three children here! The staff is really amazing! They explain everything to you! I have been taking them there for four years. The office is always clean, safe, friendly environment! I enjoy the parent room! My kids love it too!
My son just had dental work this morning done, and from the moment we walked in til the moment we left, everyone was so extremely nice, welcoming and helpful! Dr.Dincher was amazing with my son, and you can honestly tell each person there is so caring for the children they take care of!! Thank you so much again for taking wonderful care of my son!
