Solid pediatric option in the Hagerstown area, friendly staff and clean building. Easy to work with and good care
Prob one of the worst doctor experiences I've had so far. Consistently been an bad experience and we've been going there for a while. Pros: the doctors are great. Dr obidi is fantastic. Only reason we've stayed there. Cons: the office staff and generally everything else about it is awful. Staff never calls you back, they are rude when you call and they mess up paper work and medication almost every single time. All of that is manageable though and not the nail in the coffin.
