I have been going to this clinic for about 3 years now, it is honestly the best clinic. Yes there is a wait time, but parents need to understand that some kids are sicker than others and some require a little more time than others. Just because your appointment is set at 2pm doesn't mean you will be seen exactly at 2pm. They also take walk ins throughout the day and manage to squeeze them into their busy schedule. Janny the girl in the front has the worst attitude! Love this place just needs new receptionist whit a better attitude
I love this clinic! I don't mind the long wait at all, mostly because if my son is sick, they try to get me a same day or next day appointment. Most places cannot do that ever. I drive from Baytown to here because they are reliable and awesome. Dr. Uddin is the best and his staff is great!
SMH some things never change. I don't blame the staff they are overworked and underpaid. Not to mention the mental stress if having to work under an overbearing very rude office manager. Dr Uddin does care very much about his patients. He is a great Pediatrician. And he has 2 amazing assistants Ms Bui & Ms Reviere. This Clinic has great potential . Unfortunately Mrs Uddin will never leave and good employees will never stay.
