I was very glad they opened an Auburn location. It's just very helpful when there's another option besides the main clinic. It helps my kiddo get in pretty quickly no matter when I call. It looked a little sketch, being located in a shopping center, but my fears were alleviated when I got inside. It's very much a doctors office. It's a great idea, so then you can leave your appointment and go to CVS or Walgreens for your meds because both are right there.
We waited 45 minutes in the waiting room after our appointment time, then another 45 minutes in the room waiting for the doctor. She took less than 5 minutes to look at my child and sent us on our way with nothing. We saw a doctor later in the day and he could not believe that the Auburn Pediatric Clinic sent us away without antibiotics. 0 stars, horrible experience.
Never answer the phone. Great doctors. Need to revamp staff who answer phone. I had one hang up on me today around 2:22pm and another rush me off the phone at 2:37pm. Both ladies were rude. I have called three times for the same information to be faxed. Hopefully this time it is done correctly. Asked for records last visit and was never given records. Going through a lot of trouble handling this over the phone as well. May find new doctor for my son due to rude staff.
