This sensor is very unprofessional they have you waiting 45 minutes before you can talk to someone and I still didn't get a chance to talk to someone about my child's appointment very unprofessional bad services they don't send over referrals that need to be sent over they very slow they really need to be investigated or closed down 👇🏽 the receptionist very unprofessional childish that place needs helps real bad even the therapies does not like to deal with them because they do not do what they say
I’m new to this office this will be my third time coming with my children each time I have a pleasant visit. I’m still here by the way. I just had to come and leave a review Miss Tiffany triaged my boys and let me tell you she’s heaven sent Miss Tiffany was so pleasant with my boys her energy was absolutely contagious. I’ve been taking my kids to Dr hood for 6 years now . Honestly in the past year or so the service has definitely went down hill . . The staff and nursing and doctors are all very nice and seem to be understanding but there is a huge disconnect somewhere ! I took 2 of my children to get wellness checks and physicals done . The lady came in and did vision test on both kids in a hurry stating the machine was dying . We thanked her for doing it and continued with the visit. I called back a few days later for a 3300 form . If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My kids were patients of Dr. Beebers until he retired and this company took over. Getting in touch with anybody that knows much of anything is impossible. Was told at one point they weren't even patients, when they had already been seen twice. Can't get a sick appointment to save my life, and their "well check" appts are weeks/months out.
