I love Regina Perkins, she’s always been so sweet and kind and she listens and remembers her patients. My issue is the patient portal, it’s pointless. They no longer have the option for you to send a message through the portal or even schedule appointments. It was more convenient that way, now you have to play phone tag just to reach someone. I just had a simple question about a referral that I could’ve sent through the portal but I can’t, and I can’t get anyone on the phone.
If you plan on waiting a hour for a visit come here . Doctors are good otherwise.
Dr. Hood has been my kids Doc for years, she is excellent. Thank you Dr. Hood Update The New location is Just as great the staff give a great atmosphere.
The wait was a little long, but once in the back I was greeted with such great hospitality from the nurses and doctors . There was a young lady by the name of Ciara (probably spelled wrong sorry) who was super sweet and cracked jokes with my son to calm him down before giving him his shots he didn’t even realize he was done by the time she finished . Overall great experience 4 stars
