RecommendedI love Dr Jacobs, dr hatch, dr Anderson, and some of the other doctors. However, recently I’ve just had nothing but horrible experiences. Dr Olson is a jerk. He cuts you off at every sentence because he’s right and you’re wrong, doesn’t listen to your deepest concerns. Today I walked out crying because he was such a jerk, didn’t even bother trying to listen to me and what my daughters specialist was asking of him so they can get her healthy. We love the pediatric center! Everyone goes above and beyond to keep the kiddos happy. I've worked with many drs and nurses over the last 10 years and they are all fantastic! I will never take my kids anywhere else!
I feel like the front desk lady in Rigby is always in a bad mood. At our wellness checks, the doctors that we saw made me feel like they didnt really want to answer our questions. BUT the worst part about this place is the billing department. We missed an appointment because I was stuck in a dentist chair and I had no way to call and reschedule and they put a no show fee on our account and wouldn't let me make another appointment until I paid the fee. VERY unfair and this place will never see another penny from me.

It would be really great if doctors would stop arguing with parents about allergies their kids hat if the parents and one of their other kids has an allergy to amoxicillin the doctor should not argue with the parents about it and give that baby moxa Sillen my niece just had a very severe allergic reaction to amoxicillin she’s had hives for two weeks and you guys kept saying that she was just fine and it was just a heat rash it was not a heat rash her throat has slowly been closing for two weeks so no I do not recommend this ... read more
I love the pediatric center. my kids favorite Drs. are Jacobs, Edward, and Augney. and there lovely nurses Kathy and Lindsey
every part of the staff from front office to the doctors are all so above and beyond nice
love that our appointment time is the time we're called back. Great doctors and nurses!
We love Dr. Anderson! He does so well with our son who is usually beyond terrified at the doctors office. We've tried a few different pediatricians in the area and this has definitely been our best experience.
