I call check that they take unicare insurance they says yes they can take my child’s insurance they took appointments all we came this morning and the women up front tells me they don’t take my insurance but online it says they do and also when I called did all paper work she said they did but the day of appointment all the sudden they don’t take the insurance pretty much says I’m sorry we don’t take it but I explaine you told me on the phone you did and set up all there appointments and it’s online that you do accept it tel... read more
Staff and provider is great when scheduling issues and are very nice. However it is hard to deal with them when you have a financial or insurance issue.
I saw Dr. Solari as a child and now my daughter sees him too, him and his staff have always been very sweet and he always make sure to give thorough answers to questions or concerns. You can tell Dr. Solari loves what he does and cares about his patients!
The man himself is nice. His staff lately has become the rudest people ever. As a doctor he didn't catch that my daughter had a thyroid problem. I had to take her to another doctor and it wasn't something easy to miss. My daughter's thyroid was to be between .45 - 4.5 and hers was 586. I spoke my concerns about this several times and it was overlooked. Anyway I called today about getting another referral for her foot doctor and they tell me they don't see her (my daughter)anymore because of missed appointments. I missed one ... read more
