Three years ago I would have recommended and did recommend them to everyone I knew with kids. Since moving to the new building I have felt as if Dr. Mckraken just stopped caring and taking the time he did previously. We have seen him for years with my oldest and when my youngest was born he was his pcp as well however Dr. Mckraken did more damage to my sons health than help. He ignored my concerns and brushed everything off saying “that can be normal” He misdiagnosed him multiple times which led to chronic pneumonia going un... read more

I love Pediatric Care of Sapulpa. The staff is warm and welcoming. The environment is child friendly and clean. The practitioners listen to all of my concerns and never make me feel rushed. They provide excellent care and make my children feel at ease. We love them so much I drive 25 minutes out of our way just to ensure my children are well cared for! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a group who genuinely loves kids and wants to provide you with the best health care available!
Our doctor always takes his time with our kids and is very caring. We’ve seen Melissa the NP once also and she was great as well. They were able to X-ray a broken bone and get us referred to an ortho the next day. Very thankful we have this nice, clean doctors office in Sapulpa!
if your child needs to be seen soon do not plan to come here. everythings a well child check. a referral out. or they can't do it. 3 years ago I would have recommended them to everyone. since they moved to their new building I dont think they could care to see any of my 7 kids. a month to get in for anything. to get refills even allergie meds is impossible.
My grandson goes to this office & again I will say it's unethical to NOT advise the parents of a "diagnosis" to get an echo approved. Finding out by an appointment scheduler on a voice-mail is total unacceptable. Hearing "I just want to look around in that area" is NOT a diagnosis. Absolutely shameful. Shame on you PA. This Dr. should NOT accept this type of practice. sincerely, the family of a patient.
‘Justice has been with Dr. McCracken and staff since she was born. The entire team are absolutely AMAZING!!! It’s like walking into a facility that care, love and are considered family💙 We are so blessed for all you and thank you. Anyone needing a pediatrician come here definitely for your child!!
I love the environment and how friendly the staff is. Her doctor is amazing and does so well with her.
