This business, by law, has to give us 30 days to find a new provider after the discharge date and must see our child for sick visits in the interim, but refused to do so. We have filed a formal complaint and are considering legal action for discrimination. Beware.

They always make time for my sick kids same day and I feel like they listen to me. I have a special needs child and they are amazing with him!
Please, please, please heed my warning and do NOT take your children here. Incompetent physicians abound, rude front desk staff on each occasion, terrible rapport with parents. There are so many wonderful pediatricians in the Lansing area to choose from, do not make the same mistake we did. We are now with Lansing Pediatric Associates who we absolutely love, and just down the street from this practice.
