Took my daughter, the PA prescribed an antibiotic that was over $100.00, I called the next day to see if he could change it for another one less expensive since my daughter doesn’t have insurance, left three messages with the receptionist and no one ever returned my call. My daughter started feeling well today without antibiotic, just ibuprofen around the clock for pain and fever. Horrible service!
They called me yesterday saying lab results were in and I needed to take the baby. They had told me that if they called there was something wrong that if not they wouldn’t call. Waited for more than 3 hours for results for them to tell me they were negative. They didn’t know who had called even after I showed them my phone with the call.
The staff is very friendly and they're always trying to help people. I love it that it's not as expensive as other places and they have great personnel even if they're PA's. They don't charge for follow-ups either! The only reason I didn't give the 5 stars is the waiting time, but compared to other clinics, it's not as bad! 😊👍🏻🎉I took my child this week and they had sweet bread for the little kids! Awesome!
