The Rio Grande City location is always very busy and so slow to see a medical professional. You only see PAs, not actual doctors. They never have all of the shots your child needs unless your child is covered by the state. They post hours on the door but close early without notice. Today is Sunday and they are posted to be open until 1 PM but the front desk said they closed at 11AM. We are now switching as this place is only acceptable for those who have free coverage, not for those who work and pay for their own insurance.
