Please avoid this practice. They prescribed a medicine that was unsafe and didn’t tell us when it was recalled. We didn’t find out for a month. Their response: “It’s the pharmacy’s responsibility to tell you, not ours.” Then Dr. Boton said our baby would definitely need hernia surgery but then Dr. McCoy said the complete opposite. Also, our baby was breech and should of had her hips scanned but they never mentioned that or did anything. Complete lack of care and professionalism.
RecommendedSo glad we found this practice. I always feel like my concerns are listened to and my kids are treated kindly and with such care. Making an appointment is easy, dealing with insurance is easy and we like all the docs. I always recommend this practice.
The best pediatricians in the suburbs.
Been going here for about 8 years now. We love Mary, Dr. Merchandani, and Dr. Fitzpatrick. Can't speak for the others as we've never been seen by them. They are all kind, gentle, and warm. Kids have never had an issue going to the doctors office and always looked forward to it. I can only attribute that to the staff and doctors.

I'm starting to wonder if the two horrid women they have working there named Sharon and Diane were actually sent straight from hell? The way they talk to and treat people is utterly appalling. I have received extremely rude letters and voicemails from these "professionals." Shame on them. Hard working people trying to just keep a roof over their head and your hassling and harassing over a doctor bill.
