I went here as a child now I’m 23 and taking my newborn. I have Dr Wong as her pediatrician. This is the best doctors office I’ve taken her too. The staff is amazing and Dr Wong is extremely understanding and thorough.
Thank God my child is grown now. This entire company, all tri-county locations, is like a factory line. Underpaid, uneducated and lousy customer service is the norm. Find yourself a small, intimate, pediatrician practice to take your child/ren for quality healthcare.
I called the office early this morning for a sick visit, I was offered a convenient appointment upon request. I live out of state and had already started my office hours so I was in a hurry. From begining to end they offered excellent service and patient care. My son was seen quickly and the provider that he was booked with. Shoshana Herrmann, APRN was extremely knowledgeable and had a very warm bedside manner. Thank you Pediatric Associates you ROCK!!!
Pediatrics associate or a great place to take your kids they treat you like family. My kids been going as the babies. Doctor Allen Wong. Is a very great doctor.
Front office staff are always professional, friendly & welcoming. Check in is done in a timely fashion as well as check out. The manager, Ms. Bernadette Lopez is always available to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had. Dr. De La Sota has always been my daughters Doctor. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she has always been to my daughter Leah. She’s thorough, always takes her time to listen warm, kind & caring.
