I've had 3 terrible experiences at this location. The first time I went there I took my 2 week old for his check up and we waited for almost 2 hours in the car for our appointment (our appointment was at 8:45am). The second time he got his first round of vaccines and the nurse didn't say a word to me, gave him his shots and left. I started breastfeeding him to calm him down and she came in and said "oh you are still here" and I replied yes I need to soothe him before we leave.
