We love the doctors but the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. They are very unengaged sometimes to the point of being rude. The phones are also often giving a busy signal and the only other way to contact the office is via text that doesn’t open until 9 which is not acceptable for a pediatric office.
I had the worst interaction with a pediatrician dr Kevin burgert. He minimized or dismissed my concerns about care for my son. Insulted me, cursed at me, and was all around unprofessional just because I had a different opinion on the direction of care for my son. He expressed a willingness to violate ks state law. Stay away from this dr. His behavior is a disgrace to medical professionals.
Disappointing. Our medical insurance changed this year and we were forced to part ways with our beloved pediatrician, so we came to Pediatric Associates as they were in network for our new insurance. Unfortunately for us, Dr. Natasha Burgert was very condescending and impersonal. It seems they are only interested in the income they receive from vaccines, and not the care of their patients. It’s so hard to find a good pediatrician and while the doctors here are great, the front desk makes this place UNBEARABLE. They are the most unprofessional and rude staff I’ve ever encountered. We shouldn’t have to find a new doctor just because the receptionists are awful but it looks like this is the case. Don’t bother going here.
