First time was last week for our 1 and a half yr old; staff and Dr. Nave were great!!!
I love these doctors but they staff is a complete waste of time, they are so rude and can't answer basic questions. Not once have I ever left under an hour wait. Today is the worse our appt was 10:15 am we didn't get a room till 10:40. And its now 11:31 and we are still here. I'm considering switching after today for both of my kids.. I come from almost an hour away.
Other then the VERY occasional long wait . All the Drs here are really good. Dr Hobby is so personable and sweet to all 3 of my kids . We are lucky to have found such an amazing pediatrician !
I love Dr Patel - he's a fantastic pediatrician, does so good with my speech delayed 3yo, embraced her preautism diagnosis with tons of referrals and help. The staff - not so much. They are unfriendly, awkward, unhelpful and at times seem genuinely incompetent. I can't get sick appointments, the phone system dropped my call SIX times this morning. I hate to switch when I love the doctor but the practice - yeesh.
