Arrived on time and waited over an hour to see the doctor for 5 minuets. Doctor told me my 4 month old will 3 shots and 1 for mouth. Nurse comes in with 1 shot and had no clue he needed more😡😡😡 second time having this and she is very nice. But the lack of information in the medical world these days is very sad. I work in the pet medical field and if we did something like that we would be fired😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dr. Adler was the on call physician at the hospital, and gave me their pamphlet with all the locations and hours. He was amazingly nice and respectful, and wears great ties which I found comforting for some reason. You can tell he likes his job. He is who we choose to see at the office and the staff is very friendly, and we never wait long which is a plus with a newborn. Even when the baby poops all over the place on the table, the nurse is very sweet and friendly and carries on conversation until we can get back to the task... read more

Excellent care
The Pediatricians are amazingly competent, caring & informative to the parents. The interactions & assessment are excellent with their patients. These pediatricians take a personal interest in every child
Terrible experience... have been here over 2 hours and still have 2 people ahead of me. I asked where doctor was and they pointed to a break room where they were sitting down on phone. Very non professional and DONT recommend this place to anyone. Bring your kids somewhere else unless you plan on waiting for 3 hours for no reason. This is at west palm beach location only. (Community and military trail) all other locations are great but definitely not Community office
Amazing experience as always. Dr. Crystal was wonderful as are all the Staff at PA. Making a 5 year old (and mamma) comfortable and fun!
