I know I work there but my family became patients before I was employed there. I know that my kids are being treated just like they were one of the doctors kids. I've had some health issues with my oldest and there was not one stone left unturned. Dr. Alon even consulted a specialist to figure out how best to treat my daughter. Unprofessional staff. Outrageous policies. Mediocre care. After seeing my daughter for 5 months, they requested (demanded) records. When I presented all vaccinations and most recent well-visit checkup, they wouldn't even consider it. They refused to schedule my pre-op unless I get records for my 7 y.o. from birth. I am upset at the way I was treated by staff. Will file formal complaints and will never return!
We started coming here after moving from Iowa and they lost ALL of my daughters records and couldn't even call to tell me! If they can't handle a cd of personal information how will they be able to care for my daughter?!?!Disgusted!!!! Will never return!
I can not say enough about how wonderful this practice is! All the staff is great and they truly care about my children! I always recommend them to friends in the Danbury area! Great job guys!!
I think it's great but I suspect I might be slightly biased?
couldn't be happier with my kids' doctor. staff is always friendly. almost always same day for illnesses if you are open to seeing other docs or the PAs - both of whom are awesome.
