We really like our doctor but I didn’t have a great experience with the nurse who administered my son’s shots. She was really rushed and he became very upset about the experience. In the past he has done fine with shots because the nurse had some tact. He was really upset and when we came out of our room to let him choose a toy the nurse seemed to be chuckling with another nurse regarding my son’s reaction. Katie is a wonderful asset at PANW and she has been an amazing addition to our care team. We started going to her for lactation needs but found that she has a lot of knowledge in other areas as well. She has helped me try to problem solve my daughter's feeding problems over the course of several visits and had many useful suggestions. She's a great person and we're happy to have her!
