The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, answered a lot Of questions my daughter had about the procedure and had great bedside manner with my teen daughter.pediatric associates is the best. Been taking my girls there for almost 20 years now. Usually go to portland office and Dr Evans-Smith is our pediatrician. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor, person, to take care of my girls all these years. And when she’s not available the other pediatricians are great too.
Terrible business etiquette and customer service! An employee (not the supervisor making the decision) came out before they even opened at 7:45AM, with an empty parking lot and threatened to tow my vehicle from the parking lot, when my wife was in Pinnacle fertility (a business 20 feet away) in the same parking lot. There are no signs posted saying that someone can't park there. Get it together whomever is running this place and have some common human decency....
Dr. Jay Rosenbloom at PANW has been our primary care provider for both of our sons. Dr. Rosenbloom listens intently, and his advice, guidance, and recommendations are always spot on. We're grateful to have an excellent doctor to call on, and we have also appreciated the staff at PANW, as well as the other physicians.
The providers here are generally good, and they are available. However, they do not have a strong relationship with the send out labs, requiring us to enter our own insurance information into the process and causing significant financial stress.
