I quit going to this practice 9 years ago when my child was 3 years old because they gave my son a vaccine that caused him injury & they did not want to take the blame. I went back with my son & the Dr told me that my son just happened to catch "something" at the same time he administered the vaccine. I found out today that office has shut down. Completely! I can not believe after so many years 20+ this could have happened. How am I suppose to find my children’s records and a referral that I came to pick up Today? Who can we contact to find out what’s going on!

Literally been on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes and counting just to make an appointment. This is beyond ridiculous. I can only imagine how the service is like. Definatly changing doctors.
