Wow so this place had me waiting on line for over 20min just to make an appointment with Dr. Stern, it would've been longer but i hung up do to work. A male kept picking up the phone & kept saying "pleae hold", for what? It wasn't like the Doctors themselves were answering there own phones. So disappointed.
Disappointed with the wait times I have two kids — one is 3 years old and the other is 9 months — and I’ve been bringing them to Pediatric Associates of NYC since my older child was born. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. It seems like they book multiple appointments for the same time slot. We’re often checked in, placed in a room, and left waiting for 30 minutes or more. If you’re planning to bring your baby here, make sure you have plenty of time to spare
Lovely space with excellent pediatrician care! Have been with this association since my child was born and feel entirely secure with the care received over the years.
I’ve been going to this practice since my 5 year old was born. Now I have a baby and we are still loyal patients. We love this practice and their staff.
