Dr. Finkelstein has been taking care of my boys since birth. I respect him and trust his expertise for their care. I also find the office to be considerate and timely with requests.
Visited last week and already had a bad feeling from the pushy condescending man answering the phone to then being greeted by him in person the same exact way. The staff who took our son back and performed the tests/ weight etc was extremely overly loud, rude, and also condescending. The doctor was one to continuously ask questions which we understand needs to be done as we are doctors too however, someone should not feel as if they are on trial in a pediatricians office! My son has been going since he was born, we’ve been there for 8+ years, never had an issue with any dr or nurse practitioners, and had my daughter 2 years ago, also amazing with her They’re very welcoming and easy to talk to about any issues with my kiddos and I’m very comfortable asking them advice
