After a long history of exceptional care and positive experiences with Dr Cain for over 21 years with my boys, I recently had an encounter with Dr. Evan Finkelstein that left me deeply disappointed. Dr. Tjonahen sees both of my boys. He is one of the most knowledgeable medical providers we've ever had. He's helped us navigate a number of complicated medical issues. The office is easy to contact through the patient portal and very responsive.
This place is completely unprofessional and lacks experience. If you do not care about your child's health or well being this is the place to take them. Donna O’ Connell is to young and inexperienced to handle children or family situations. Due to her negligence and actions my mother passed away not being able to say good bye to her Grandson. She didn’t even have the professionalism to call me and explain herself, instead another DR called back yelling and offering no apology for their actions. Stay far away from this place!
We love the Norwood office ( have not been to Franklin). Dr. Lam is amazing. She is sweet to our daughter and so patient with us as parents. Very happy to know our son will be looked after by her as well.
