My family has had only good experiences with all staff at this practice. Definitely recommend!
My son has been going since he was born, we’ve been there for 8+ years, never had an issue with any dr or nurse practitioners, and had my daughter 2 years ago, also amazing with her They’re very welcoming and easy to talk to about any issues with my kiddos and I’m very comfortable asking them advice
A terrible experience overall. Their clinicians often conduct multiple tests at once instead of following a step-by-step approach, even when the situation isn’t critical. The billing team is even worse—calls frequently go to voicemail, and they rarely return calls unless there’s a payment due. They issue bills and statements with no regard for a patient’s situation or an understanding of healthcare processes. Additionally, there is no designated person at the facility to address billing concerns.
Been going here for 20 years, Dr. Lam and the other staff have never let me down. I would recommend Dr. Lam to anyone as she's personable, kind and knowledgeable.
