I LOVE this place. Everyone from start to finish is polite and helpful. They're always smiling and sweet. Dr. Budman is very thorough and he takes his time talking about what is going on with the girls eyes. He was very informative on the surgery that Delilah will be having. It's a little drive from here ( Columbus) to Newnan but very well worth it . Would definitely recommend them to anyone with small children that needs an eye specialist.
He's been my daughter's pediatrician for years, but I am changing. I've tried 3 times to make an appointment for her and he is either not there or there is some reason why they can't see her. Today it was because they can't make an appointment for tomorrow, I have to call at 8:30 in the morning for that. I teach, so I need to know TODAY if she has an appointment TOMORROW. The receptionist also tried to tell me I just need to give her Miralax before asking her age, DOB or anything.
I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. I called to make an appointment for my son and they would not even take an appointment without me giving them his temperature. I was not at home and did not have a thermometer handy. Aren't they a doctor's office and have done that there? Why would it matter what his temeprature is just to make an appointment. If im a paying customer and want to have my son seen then they should never turn anyone away for that reason alone. They absolutely refused to see him and was very rude ... read more
I love Dr. Whipple! He always listens and he makes me feel better when I'm worried. I like the nurse practitioners and nurses, too.
Dr. is too rushed. They don't listen. Said they would call in a Rx. if needed and then REFUSED to when I called to ask for it. Always have to go back. For repeat visits. Misdiagnosed my son. Started going to a new pediatrician and LOVE her!! Best decision EVER to LEAVE this office.
